Located in the center of Ibiza, the restaurant occupies what was formerly the printing press of Diario de Ibiza, with what is a most special place in which history comes to life. The building, inspired by a neoclassical palace, dates from 1898 year.
AmarIbiza has wanted to preserve the magic of a space like this by giving it a elegant vintage style. Cobalt blue predominates between its walls, as well as brass, wood, velvet or Art Deco furniture.
However, the decoration is not the only aspect that has undergone a spectacular transformation. La Imprenta's menu is also full of irresistible changes. Their menu is based on the gastronomy of northern Spain, without leaving aside the originals hints of French cuisine.

Approach the famous Paseo de Vara de Rey and go to the end closest to the port of Ibiza. La Imprenta is located in the passage that you will see on the opposite street to the right.
