Guasacaca comes to Ibiza in order to discover what for us is a most innovative flavor: that of the arepas.
This recipe, typical in Venezuela, Colombia and Bolivia, it is spreading throughout the world thanks to its versatility. Arepa is a kind of bread made from ground dry corn dough or precooked corn flour.
In Guasacaca they have decided to act as ambassadors for this food in Ibiza. They have a large number of options, since they combine perfectly with almost any ingredient. Sixteen types of arepa among which you will find chicken or shredded meat, stewed chicken, scrambled eggs, baked pork, shellfish or beans (black beans).
Some with avocado, grated cheese or fried egg. Others with ripe banana, cream cheese or tomato. They all have their history and a special flavor, in addition, they use organic products.
To try one of these specialties, you just have to place your order at home. They deliver to any point on the island!
Apart from the Venezuelan touch that arepas bring to Guasacaca's cuisine, its chef also prepares international recipes. So, from the comfort of your sofa, you can have lunch or dinner too shawarmas, Hawaiian pokes, hamburgers, fajitas or rice.
They offer chicken, beef or pork shawarmas. Quinoa or rice pokes with seafood, meat or vegetarians and hamburgers both meat and vegetarian.
