This new restaurant center of Ibiza He specializes in Basque cuisine, tapas and pintxos of all kinds. Your bar fills up daily from approx. about twenty pintxos that they prepare in two batches, so that you always find them at their point. The tapas or portions They are also his forte. The grass-fed steak served on the stone is the star of the menu. Don't miss the baby squid in its ink with a good Lotsagabe vermouth and, for dessert, the hot chocolate cake with berries and vanilla ice cream.
