Pomona is the last project of the prestigious Barcelona chef David Reartes in Ibiza. A commitment to the genuine, to creativity and, without a doubt, a precious tribute to Ibizan producers.

Pomona is synonymous with natural, in every sense. Recycled wood predominates in its decoration and its menu is the ideal combination between healthy and the most authentic and local flavor.

Pomona's kitchen is a call to the wild, to the raw material in its purest form already a magnificent post in value of the island's products. The ingredients that make up their dishes are organic and of high quality. The rhythm of the seasons defines the varied offer of the restaurant. In this way, Reartes always takes advantage of the best of each season to transform it into unique and irresistible temptations.

Here there is no place for chemical or artificial components. The vegetables that have just arrived from the garden and the organic flours with sourdough add that characteristic touch to your dishes.

The menu, a priori simple, contains a complexity that has been studied to the millimeter for you to discover extraordinary flavors. The freshness of your beetroot tartare with burrata or the originality of your pizza stracciatella with avocado, almonds, black olives, coriander sprouts and lemon, they will conquer you.

But Pomona Ibiza's proposal for organic goes further. Its delicious desserts do not contain refined sugars and they are gluten free. Its cellar is full of novelty natural wines and cocktails.

From Tuesday to Saturday, breakfast from 9.30 am to 12 pm. Kitchen until 16 pm. Sundays: brunch from 12 to 16 hours.
